1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeMeet website (located at https://www.wemeet.asia), mobile passes, scanner web applications, and related APIs (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of the Service

WeMeet is an event management and access control technology platform that enables event organizers ("Hosts") to create events, manage guest lists, dispatch verified digital passes via WhatsApp and SMS, and verify attendees ("Guests") at venue entry points using optical camera scanners.

3. User Accounts & Organizer Responsibilities

• Account Integrity: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
• Event Management: Organizers are solely responsible for all event details, attendee invitations, venue safety, badge tiers, and local compliance.
• Usher Delegation: Organizers are responsible for all actions taken by door staff and gate ushers operating under their event authorization.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited commercial spam or bulk SMS/WhatsApp messages without prior recipient consent.
• Forging, altering, or tampering with cryptographic ticket signatures or QR payloads.
• Scalping, cloning, or distributing counterfeit event access credentials.
• Interfering with gate turnstile scanners or attempting to bypass event concurrency limits.

5. Pricing, Credits & Subscriptions

WeMeet offers free starter tiers and paid credit packages for high-capacity events. All credit purchases, subscription tiers, and coupon redemptions are subject to the pricing published on our Pricing page. Unused pass credits remain active on your account according to your plan terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeMeet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, venue disruptions, attendee admission disputes, or network connectivity failures at the event venue.
